Departments | Interlibrary Loan
The Interlibrary Loan Office is located in the Information Underground of the OUC. Interlibrary Loan is the service that enables the university community to order materials from other libraries. This includes returnable items such as books, dvds, and cds; as well as articles, which are the requestor's to keep. The following information is designed to assist you in ordering materials from other libraries:
When requested materials arrive, you will be notified by phone or e-mail. Materials are kept at the Circulation Desk for pick up. You may keep photocopied articles. If you receive a book, you must comply with all restrictions placed on the use of the book by the institution that lends it.
Important! You are responsible for returning materials by the due date. Failure to do so may jeopardize interlibrary loan borrowing privileges both for you and our library.
Books borrowed through interlibrary loan should be returned to the circulation desk. Faculty and staff articles are generally sent via campus mail, if not requested to be sent to ClioWeb.
Shop on Sage through Colorado State University--Ft. Collins allows graduate students, faculty and staff to directly borrow returnable materials from Colorado State University, Fort Collins.
