Research Services

The Research Help Desk is located on the 2nd Floor of the Library & Academic Resource Center (LARC). The reference collection consists of specialized dictionaries, indexes, encyclopedias and atlases; print items are generally for building use, but may be checked out for 3 day periods with the approval of the Research Services Librarian. Electronic sources are available from both on and off campus via the library website. To see online reference resources, check the Reference Sources Research Guide.

The Research Help Desk is staffed with librarians ready to assist you with your research questions, during all Library open hours. Each librarian is a subject specialist dedicated to working with faculty and students in their disciplines and majors. Librarians create and maintain subject and course specific research guides and are available for scheduled and drop-in research consultations.
